For the admissions, it’s necessary to:
- Send the portfolio of your artworks (no specific standards, just those that You consider to be the best);
- Fill out and send the Application online form with Your personal data and send a scan copy to: info@florusart.com.
Your portfolio will be then shown to the professors.
- ACCADEMIA I will let the applicant know if accepted within 7 days after receiving the complete application.
- Once the school books have been returned, the UFFICIO DI AMMISSIONE will issue the student with a certificate of enrollment.
Note: By enrolling in Academy, the student accepts and subscribes to the general conditions of enrollment.

Terms of payment

1.Formal admission to the ACADEMY and payment of tuition and fees are prerequisites for enrollment. By enrolling, all students agree to abide by the school’s rules and regulations and to pay all tuition and registration fees prior to the start of the course.
Payment can only be made by bank transfer to the bank account provided by the Admissions Office. ACCADEMIA will provide the student with a certificate of payment. The certificate of enrollment will not be issued until the Admissions Office has received confirmation of the bank transfer. ACCADEMIA may, in its sole discretion, exclude from any course and/or examination any enrolled student who fails to pay the registration fee by the deadline stated above or by any other deadline agreed upon with ACCADEMIA, which reserves the right to require such students to reimburse ACCADEMIA for any costs reasonably incurred as a result of their enrollment in the course.
2.The registration fee and deposit paid to ACCADEMIA are non-refundable unless ACCADEMIA decides not to offer the student a place in the course. ACCADEMIA will refund 100% of the tuition (excluding the registration fee and deposit) if the cancellation is made at least 180 days prior to the start of the course; 50% of the tuition (excluding the registration fee and deposit) if the cancellation is made at least 45 days prior to the start of the course. No refund will be made if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the start of the course. For non-EU passport holders, there is no refund after the certificate of enrollment has been issued.
3.Tuition includes a Certificate of Attendance or Diploma, which will be issued upon completion of the course.
4.The ACADEMY is responsible for providing basic equipment for student use. However, the cost of materials needed for each student’s classes and projects is not included in the tuition.
5.Transportation to and from the school or off-site workshops is NOT included in the tuition. Students must purchase a bus/train pass.
